brian eno: on land

This series done visually translates Brian Eno’s On Land ambient sound track—each poster a reconstruction of a particular track. Using layers of spray painted forms, it constructs a vibrant field of color and texture to create a dense yet dissolving landscape. The natural sound track is echoed through the imagery chosen: trees, marshes and water. Fragments of these photographs are revealed out of shifting colored frames. The poster itself is a looking glass into this natural site—where rays of light are constantly refracting from its edges— highlighting Brian Eno’s abstracted illusory world.
